Comté comes mainly from Franche-Comté. Its aging of 6 months brings a subtle taste. More than 300g of real Comté cheese with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) are needed to make one kilo of wafers. When incorporating the cheese, our chefs have added a pinch of pepper which discreetly enhances the flavor of this noble cheese.
