"Twisted Kombucha emerged from my passion for revolutionizing the way people drink. During my Masters in Food Science, I was introduced to the wonders of kombucha through microbiology and fermentation modules. As a former Nutritionist in the NHS, I delved into the functional benefits of this fermented tea, particularly its digestive and immune-boosting properties.
Inspired to make a difference, I set out to create a delicious, nourishing drink that could be enjoyed by everyone - tea with a twist.
