They are all untreated, have defied wind, rain and sun, enchanted us with their scent and the most beautiful and plump fruits end up in our UCKA bottles. The juice itself hits our nose with a hint of quince and citrus and, in terms of taste, it strikes a balance between refreshing acidity and fruity sweetness.
