Its scientific name was given to it in 1796 by the French botanist Jacques Julien Houtou de la Billardière upon returning from an expedition to Tasmania, an island state of Australia. Its tree can measure up to 70 meters in height. Our ORGANIC Eucalyptus is harvested and distilled every year in spring and autumn. We use a low pressure steam still for the distillation of our aromatic plants.
