The trio of olives

The olive is in the spotlight in this trio composed of two real tapenades and a specialty with olives and basil for the vegan. To be enjoyed as an aperitif on toast or with raw vegetables and if there is any left over in original recipes! (for example: fish with tapenade en papillote, brick with goat cheese and tapenade, base of sauces ...) the black tapenade: 95% black olives from the baronnies (tench variety) make up this recipe with character! It is finely chopped and keeps all its aromas. The green tapenade: it has nothing to envy to the black tapenade with its 92% green olives (from Vaucluse and Gard). Its freshness will delight the most greedy. Green olive pulp with basil: we have replaced anchovies with basil in order to please as many people as possible!
