Black bean hummus

A black bean hummus has just been born our spreads. Like many great cooking recipes, it was born from a cooking accident that reduced the black beans of René, our favorite farmer, to a puree. So, to save the day, the Lebanese that I am committed the perjury of making a hummus with something other than chickpeas... And it was so delicious that no, definitely, it couldn't be blasphemy.
