The new Vrie de Väcka is a soft cheese with a smooth, creamy texture and a fresh, floral aroma of moldy rind. Matured for 1 month at constant temperature and humidity. Perfect for cheese boards or to accompany with sweets, fruit or chutney and a floral white wine. It can also be used in hot dishes, such as gratins, pastas, pizzas, etc. It is made based on almonds, cashews, filtered water and ferments of vegetable origin.
