Semi-ripened vegan cheese with paprika - VERA

Väcka's new Vera is a semi-cured cheese with paprika rind, matured for 1 month at constant temperature and humidity. Perfect to accompany with sweets, fruits and a red wine with character such as Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon. It can also be used in salads or sandwiches. It is made based on cashews, filtered water and ferments of vegetable origin.
