This white wine has something special, the production process is carried out as if it were a red wine, that is, the must ferments together with its skins, giving the wine a special personality. As a result, we have a wine with aromas typical of fermentation obtained during maturation. In the mouth it presents a pleasant tannin and a balanced acidity, making it a very suitable wine to accompany a large number of dishes. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of about 10º-12Cº. The grape, of the Macabeo variety, comes from the Casa Peller estate, which surrounds the winery.
