The almond paste with herbs is one of our most difficult products. It is pink in colour, tending towards a light straw colour. It is not a homogeneous colour and small darker fragments can be appreciated. Its texture is, by far, our most arid pâté. Sometimes it can be difficult to spread, unequivocal proof of its very high percentage of almond in composition. Both in aroma and flavour, the almond clearly predominates, combined with the power of the fine herbs. In the background there are touches of soya, ginger, sesame... Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
