Product with a slightly gelled consistency, prepared from the reduction of the broth resulting from the cooking of chickpeas. Without the addition of additives, thickeners, or colourants. Organoleptic characteristics: Colour: slightly toasted, very similar to that of a dry chickpea. Flavour: sufficiently neutral, with little and subtle traces of the chickpea flavour. Scent: the nature of the product, without excessive presence. Once opened, shelf life is 14 days, if refrigerated.
