HOT CARIBBEAN SAUCE - THE RED ONE Our original sauce. This traditional recipe remains unchanged and there's a good reason for that. Real depth of fruity scotch bonnet heat followed by layers of flavour. A fabulous everyday sauce! Ingredients: Scotch bonnet, onion, cucumber, vinegar (sulphites), water, garlic, ginger, mustard, curry powder, lime juice, sugar and salt. ALLERGENS: mustard (wheat flour), curry powder
