VICTORINE BEER WITH BREAD - 100% ANTI WASTE

Victor & Compagnie makes its own beer - LA VICTORINE! If our beer is so special, it’s because it is made from our unsold bread, which is reduced to breadcrumbs through a roasting process.  These breadcrumbs replace 25% of the cereals used during the brewing of our Victorine beer. 

An anti-waste beer, which combines authentic taste with our commitment to the planet. How it works ? -We keep unsold Victor & Compagnie bread (made from Lyon flour), we toast it in the oven, transform it into breadcrumbs by grinding it. -We deliver the bread transformed into breadcrumbs to the partner brewery TERRE DE BIÈRES in Villefranche sur Saône (69). -When making the beer, they will remove 30% of cereals to replace them with Victor breadcrumbs.
