AOP Minervois Red 2021 organic 6x75cl TASTING A beautiful light blackcurrant color. A fruity nose with complex aromas of red fruits. Very fine and silky material with a good length in the mouth until the fruity and fresh finish which is reminiscent of a "fresh pinotage". Can be drunk chilled in summer. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING Charcuteries, white meats, Mediterranean cuisine. Best tasted at 16°/17°
