Chateau Haut Boulac - Bordeaux 2020

A family estate in Bordeaux, we have been working our land for 3 generations to offer wines that combine tradition and modernity. Note: After rigorous harvests and a winter rest in vats, a wine tasting is carried out allowing a selection by grape variety to determine the perfect blend. Blending is the culmination of winemaking and allows the harmony of the wine, giving it its identity. Our AOC Bordeaux Rouge presents, after decanting, a bouquet of small red fruits, which we find in the mouth, associated with firm and pleasant tannins. It is expressed with notes of ripe fruit and cocoa, all in harmony. - 70% Merlot Noir 20% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Cabernet Franc - HVE certification - AOC Bordeaux
