Dried in the sun and pitted by hand, it does not undergo any treatment with sulfur dioxide, hence its brown color and incomparable caramelized flavor. Its generous caliber gives it a unique softness. It was also voted BEST ORGANIC PRODUCT 2015. The VIJAYA brown apricot is not rehydrated by adding water to improve its softness, this is not necessary. HOW TO CONSUME IT: Plain, as a snack...
