When the almonds are shelled and dried, their skin is brown. VIJAYA offers a selection of blanched almonds from Spain. HOW TO CONSUME IT: As an aperitif or as a snack, ideal for children's snacks. Whole, in salads, sauces (pesto…), tajines, meats, mueslis. For dessert, crushed or whole, in chocolate mousse, cookies, cakes, pies, almonds with pears, fruit salads for crunch, oriental pastries.
