Central heating wood stove with water jacket - 22kW - anthracite

Nominal Power: 19.0 kW | Maximum Power: 22.0 kW | Weight: 80.0 kg This freestanding wood stove with water jacket is an extremely efficient heating appliance with a trendy and modern design. Thanks to the maximum power of 22 kW, the stove can heat an area of up to 220 m². The main feature of this heater is the water jacket and the possibility of connecting the heater to a central heating system. Heaters with a water jacket make it possible to heat water for both the central heating system and domestic water. The water jacket consists of double walls that surround the combustion chamber. The fire in the combustion area heats the water flowing through the water jacket, which in turn can feed the central heating system or domestic water. This is the difference between this type of fireplace and traditional solutions, where only the air is heated and a significant part of the heat remains unused and escapes through the chimney with the flue gases. Technical specifications: Nominal heating capacity: 19.0 kW Nominal heater capacity: 6.0 kW Nominal water jacket capacity: 13.0 kW Maximum heating capacity: 22.0 kW Water jacket capacity: 19 L Energy efficiency class: A Energy Efficiency Index: 110 Net Weight: 80.0 kg Gross Weight: 85.0 kg Recommended connection accessories: available Upper flue gas outlet: diameter Ø 120 mm Adjustable flue gas slider Efficiency: 74.7% CO emissions at 13% O2: 0.09% Dust emissions at 13% O2: 28.16 mg/Nm3 NOx emissions at 13% O2: 103.81 mg/Nm3 OGC emissions at 13%: 45.37 mg/Nm3 Flue gas flow: 5.16 g/s Flue gas temperature: 276°C Average flue gas pressure: 12 - 14 Pa Fuel consumption: 1.50 kg/h Fuel type: recommended seasonal hardwood with humidity ≤ 20%, wooden briquettes; coal only as a 10% addition Safety and Certifications: CE Marking: YES / Placed on the rating plate ECO Design 2022 Conformity: YES BlmSchV2 Conformity: YES Flue gas outlet with adjustable flue gas slide: Serves to regulate the draft, which affects the efficiency of the stove. With the slide open the pulling force is strongest, which increases fuel consumption and the fire burns more powerfully. When the slide is closed, the pulling force decreases and the combustion process slows down. "Clean Glass" System: Air supply to the combustion chamber through openings in the doors. This keeps the window cleaner while burning because the air is blown directly onto the glass. Sealed Stove Door: The door seal is fire resistant and increases safety. The spacious loading doors make it easy to load even large logs. Heat-resistant Ebonite Handle: A proven and solid solution for quick, safe and easy use of the stove. The material (ebonite) is durable and resistant to high temperatures. Japanese Heat Resistant Glass up to 800°C: Ensures safe use even at very high temperatures. High-quality heat-resistant glass and a flue gas deflector significantly reduce contamination of the glass during the combustion process, keeping the glass cleaner for longer. Flue gas deflector: Placed in the upper part of the stove. This ensures that the heated air does not flow directly into the chimney. The BLIST stove is a new generation model and has a compartment for secondary combustion, or a flue gas deflector. This is where the post-combustion process takes place for particles that have not previously been completely burned. The extra heat released increases the efficiency and performance of the heater. The cooled and less polluted flue gases end up in the chimney. According to the manufacturer's calculations, the flue gas deflector increases efficiency by approximately 30%. Steel water jacket: The heart of the stove, the water jacket, is made of thick p265gh and 16M06 boiler plate steel with thicknesses of 6 mm and 10 mm. The water jacket completely surrounds the combustion section, to maximize the temperature of the boiler room and to heat the water in the water jacket as quickly as possible, after which it is led to the radiators. Removable Ashtray: Located under the combustion chamber for easy maintenance. Control of Combustion Rate: Control of air supply in the ash pan to maximize combustion efficiency. Large Combustion Chamber: Spacious combustion chamber for longer burning times and greater ease of use. Handy Shelf under the Stove: Suitable for storing wood, briquettes or accessories.
