Paraza Castle Oh Lala 2019

The Oh Lala from Château Paraza is an IGP Pays d'Oc red wine that brings together the emblematic grape varieties of the South of France: 60% Syrah, 20% Marselan, 10% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. This fruity and generous red develops silky and very seductive tannins. It sports a beautiful deep robe with purplish hues. Its expressive and complex nose blends aromas of spices and red fruits. Crunchy and fresh at the same time, its mouth harmoniously expresses tones of blackberry, peony and chocolate liqueurs to end on a rich and gourmet finish. This cuvée received 1 star in the 2019 Hachette Wine Guide as well as the Silver Medal at the Concours des Grands Vins du Languedoc Roussillon in 2018! Its Mediterranean side makes it the perfect companion for summer aperitifs and barbecues (grilled meats), it can also be enjoyed with mature cheeses (Comté du Jura, Saint Nectaire, Tomme de brebis des Pyrénées). It is also irresistible with Italian specialties (parmiggiana, vegetable garden pizza, pasta with ragù della nonna sauce). This cuvée has the ability to seduce all epicureans who love artisanal products and Mediterranean cuisine!
