This Couvent des Jacobins white wine from Louis Jadot opens with aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers. Its harmonious, suave and particularly elegant palate reveals expressive and charming aromas. 100% Chardonnay, it is a very popular white as an aperitif or with starters. It reveals a very pretty straw yellow color highlighted with a few green reflections. It is a white that is consumed chilled, preferably at 11°C. For this cuvée, the part aged in vats brings a lot of freshness to the wine, while the part aged in barrels provides structure and roundness.
