"La Rascasse" BIO is an amber beer packaged in a 33cL bottle. It is complex, aromatic and balanced thanks to a generous Dry Hopping. Its malts bring notes of caramel and biscuit with a controlled bitterness (IBU 40). “La Rascasse” is an American Amber Ale style beer: it is brewed with Cara malts which give it this amber color as well as an addition of raw hops. An independent micro-brewery, La Bière de la Rade was created in the south of France, in the heart of Toulon. The beers that the Toulon brand offers are beers with character, of the Anglo-Saxon type, with a strong identity and generous hop dosages.
