This amber beer is a craft beer for laying down, top fermentation, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. On the palate, it offers a delicate blend of softness and freshness, the result of the subtle alliance of high quality malt and hops selected here. Cabestan amber with a golden ocher color offers aromas of toast, sweet biscuit and spices. It combines this with aromas and floral notes but also citrus fruits such as tangerine and grapefruit.
