Schnätterle

Refreshing, full-bodied and a hint of ice candy. This is how our Schnaetterle presents itself. A beer that couldn't better represent our region. It is as gentle as the meadows of the Weissach valley and refreshing as the wind that blows through your hair on the Forche. The name was also not chosen at random: "Schnätterle" stands for the famous chattering (also known as trembling) when it's cold and for the communication-promoting effect of the beers. Chattering is also the hallmark of THE Weissach animal: the duck. A finely fruity old Swabian country beer, whose refreshing note is contributed by the special flavor Polaris hops from the Hallertau.
