The “Smart Cap” cap is a French patent.   It perfectly closes your bottle of sparkling wine during and after serving.   The cap incorporates a valve which regulates the pressure to manage a pressure of 3 bars maximum.   It also incorporates a degassing valve for the evacuation of the oxygen contained in the bottle during the injection of the protective gas and thus avoids oxidation.
