Green Hans

Hops are harvested once a year. Once a year we pluck each hop cone by hand for our special brew Grüner Hans. And once a year, these cones are brewed directly after harvest to make our fresh hop ale. Real handcraft. The Green Hans is an ale brewed with an old variety of hops that was already used in many Hamburg beers during the Hanseatic League. This green Hanseatic hop is grown in Bargteheide by our friends from Brauder, with whom we brewed this hoppy, fresh beer. Unpasteurized and unfiltered. The price includes a deposit of 0.08 €.
