Here you have a rich dark chocolate with notes of raisins and plums, studded with juicy raisins and freshly roasted hazelnuts with their soft round flavour. It is crafted in small batches ‘bean to bar’ from a remarkable Single Estate Piura criollo bean from Chulucanas in Peru. this bean holds a special place in my heart, not just because Peru was the first south American country i visited but because it quite simply makes wonderful chocolate. 100% Natural – Pure flavours -Pure Pleasure
