Melt into a world of adventure with our bars, truffles and sea salt caramels. Transform desserts with our cooking chocolates. Luxuriate in our hot chocolate. Everything we do is about flavor, so we make our chocolate in small batches, taking up to 21 days at low temperatures (industrial chocolate takes a few hours). Willie Harcourt-Cooze, is himself a cocoa farmer, so we buy our beans directly from the farmers paying a higher price premium than Fair Trade.
