In the digestive and urogenital tracts where the microbiota is balanced, the saccharolytic bacterial microflora (which ferments sugars) develops in symbiosis with the proteolytic fungal microflora (which degrades proteins). Usage tips Myco Delite® is taken 30 minutes before lunch and/or evening meals, with a glass of water. Optimal dose: 2 to 6 capsules per day, in 1 or 2 doses.
