Regenum® Forte contributes to the maintenance of normal bones thanks to vitamin D, and provides nutrients involved in the normal formation of collagen to ensure the normal function of cartilage and bones, thanks to vitamin C. For who ? Regenum® Forte is aimed at seniors with joint weaknesses, but also at people prematurely faced with the need to maintain their joint capital (athletes or manual workers), in particular thanks to magnesium, calcium, vitamins, etc. Actions: 1 - Maintenance of bone stock: Contributes to the normal assimilation and use of calcium and phosphorus through vitamin D. Usage tips Regenum® Forte is taken in the evening at bedtime or in the morning on an empty stomach after diluting in a glass of lukewarm water or vegetable milk (35 to 40°C). Optimal dose: 1 to 2 sticks per day, in 1 or 2 doses. For better effectiveness, keep refrigerated.
