White Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Our beautiful White Aged Balsamic vinegar is light, fruity full of fruit flavours. Naturally sweet, we don't add a grain of sugar to this balsamic either, resulting in a clean, fresh-tasting dressing. It's sweet with a hint of creaminess  almost-butterscotch backnotes. A lot of people haven't even heard of a white balsamic, and even the ones that have haven't tasted one this good! Whilst not as thick as our traditional aged range, it's noticeably thicker more syrupy than any we've seen despite being a touch younger. Even the lightest drizzle of this beautiful balsamic will add a zing to salads, fish, seafood (especially scallops or tuna) or even a fruit salad.
