Saffron in filaments grown in Berry near Bourges. It can be used in both savory and sweet dishes. Recipes accompany each bottle. Directions for use: partially crush the saffron then infuse it for at least 1 hour in a liquid such as water, milk, cream, lemon juice, etc. Add the infusion to the dish at the end of cooking. A few filaments (3-4) per person are enough, adjust the quantity of saffron according to your tastes.
