Japanese black steel frying pot with a pouring spout - Aikata / YOSHIKAWA collection

Aikata frying pot, made of black steel with a pouring spout and three oil volume indications inside the Yoshikawa brand. Frequently used in the kitchen on a daily basis, this pot can be used to fry all kinds of foods such as chicken (Karaagé in Japanese), shrimp, asparagus, croquettes, fish... Compatible with all cooktops including induction. There are two handles on the side which makes it easier to move the pot.
