Tamari Soy Sauce (gluten free) - Organic Tamari made at the foot of Mount Ena in the far south of the Japanese Alps by a producer who has been brewing soy sauce for half a century. It is made from whole soybeans using traditional methods and fermented for 9 months. Food pairing: Perfect for sushi, marinade or wok. Adds flavor to simmered dishes: pasta broths, soups, sautéed vegetables, or even in salad dressing. Origin: Japan
