They can be used to grate ginger, garlic, wasabi, Japanese white radish (Daikon), or parmesan. 18/10 stainless steel, excellent quality and durable (PFAS-free) Other sizes available: 28x120x11 (Oros Grater S - AS0040) and 48x203x10 (Oros Grater M - AS0012). It is advisable to use a Hake Brush (AS0052) with these graters to remove or clean residue from your grater. Made in Japan.
