They are innovative, functional, elegant graters that can be used in the kitchen or at your dining table, grating your food directly onto your dishes! They can be used to grate ginger, garlic and wasabi. 18/10 stainless steel, excellent quality and durable (PFAS-free) Other sizes available: 28x120x11 (Oros Grater S - AS0040) and 70x200x15 (Oros Grater L - AS0031). It is advisable to use a Hake Brush (AS0052) with these graters to remove or clean residue from your grater. Made in Japan.
