A'caz honey is 100% natural honey, from very short circuits since it comes from Auvergne hives located 5 minutes (by bee flight) from the company's head office and apart from our beekeeper, it there is no intermediary between you and us. With our beekeeper, we selected this honey which is specific to our premixes. Indeed, its creamy texture is not the result of chance but the result of an artisanal know-how of which we hold the secret. In addition, its melting point and its crystallization time have been studied very carefully in order to obtain extremely specific cooking parameters for the cooking of our bars. In other words, A'caz honey is essential for making the bars. Thanks to its taste, its mechanical and organoleptic qualities, A'caz honey allows the production of cereal bars with the perfect texture and cooked in less than a minute.
