Flavor: very balanced, this extra virgin olive oil has a pleasant slightly spicy and bitter flavor, typical of the Picual variety, with hints of freshly cut grass and fruit. Medium fruity of green and ripe olives. Aroma: Medium fruity of green and ripe olives. They remind us of the tomato plant, green pepper, fig tree, mint, apple, artichoke and banana peel.
