iOliva is defined as an avant-garde extra virgin olive oil, a green olive juice created with the selection of the best harvest from our family olive groves, located in a privileged enclave: the Subbética Natural Park. We are committed to this new BAG IN BOX format with the iOliva brand, due to the important role it plays in preserving the properties of our premium extra virgin olive oil. Undoubtedly, this BAG IN BOX is the future of EVOO packaging, a modern, recyclable, resistant container, very comfortable both for use and transport (due to its built-in handle) very compact and easy to store. It is also an economical container, so it will allow you to enjoy our special family farm selection EVOO more economically! On the other hand, if we focus on the quality of the EVOO, we can highlight that this system allows extra virgin olive oil to always be protected from light and air, since it is vacuum packed. In this way, the oil is optimally preserved since it is the only container that ensures that the oil never comes into contact with oxygen again. In addition, thanks to its special tap for oil, the container is kept clean during use, allowing the dosage to be controlled at all times. 🌿 HOJIBLANCA VARIETY. Its aroma reminds us of entering a garden, with those notes of green tomato. Due to its herbaceous aromas, it reminds us of a walk at dawn on a farm surrounded by fresh grass, it reminds us of nature, of the mountains, due to its floral and Mediterranean notes. 🍈EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. Early harvest (what was formerly known as "first pressing") obtained from the first olives harvested in the month of October. A fresh extra virgin olive oil. It is presented unfiltered during the first months of harvest and then filtered for its optimal conservation. 🌬 COLD EXTRACTION. (formerly called "cold pressing") We produce it at less than 22 degrees, to preserve all its aromas and its healthy properties (polyphenols) in our family oil mill, and it is kept at a controlled temperature in our cellar until it is sold. 🌳 HEROIC OLIVICULTURE. Harvested on a high slope, by hand, from centenary and bicentennial olive trees. 🥗 AROMAS AND FLAVOR. Due to its intense flavor and healthy value, it is an ideal oil to use raw (toast, salads, tartar, carpaccio, sauces, finish fish, meat and vegetable dishes...).
