From the encounter between the sweet and sour of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP and the sweetness of the traditional sweet Easter, a soft, fragrant and aromatic Colomba is born. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Giusti is used to enrich the dough, to macerate the raisins, which are thus more fragrant and aromatic, and added to the filling cream. The Colomba Giusti is finally covered with a dark chocolate glaze. A classic Easter dessert with an unusual and original combination.
