A Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI with a high density, a full body and a persistent flavour, with a prevalence of sweet notes. Produced with only two ingredients: cooked grape must and selected wine vinegar, it has an intense aroma with woody notes. Excellent as a salad dressing, but also exquisite on cheeses, raw on meat, desserts and fruit.
