Activ5 muscle strengthening roller

The Activ5 roller is composed of 3 pressure sensors allowing you to measure the number of kilos of force that you are able to apply on its 2 lateral faces. The greater the pressure you exert, the greater the number of kilos displayed on the Activ5 Application will be. The App therefore displays your muscle strength in kilograms and allows you to take part in over a hundred muscle building exercises based on the concept of sheathing. The aim of the exercises is to apply more or less pressure on the roller in order to follow as precisely as possible, thanks to a point on the screen, a course made up of ascending and descending phases.
