Preparing a traditional bissap To prepare a liter of ultra-refreshing bissap according to West African recipes, you will need: 50 g of dried hibiscus flowers 2 liters of water 60 g of sugar or as desired 1 bunch of fresh mint Preparation: bring the hibiscus, mint and 1 liter of water to the boil for 10 minutes. Let cool and add a liter of water, mix well then filter. Add 60 g of sugar or as desired. Serve chilled.
