Playing on the contrasts of flavors, we combine the powerful aromas of tuber melanosporum with the sweetness of honey. Produced in the Alpes de Haute Provence, acacia honey is combined with finely chopped black truffle to enhance the taste of this subtle blend. Composition: Acacia honey (96%), black truffle peels (Tuber melanosporum) (3%), truffle flavor (1%). Store in a cool place after opening.
