Jam n° 14 Rust apple, rhubarb and raisined currants

These apples are extremely fragrant and spicy, perfect for jam. I mixed them with the rhubarb and added the currants which had dried slightly in the oven to prevent them from melting into the jam. The result is a delight for tarts and shortbread biscuits!
