Another plain ragù without tomatoes, made with farmyard animals: guinea fowl, chicken and turkey equal quantity. 

Flavored with olives and thyme. 

Tasty, but delicate at the same time, a beautiful one variant to season all pastas. All ragù are handcrafted and totally free of preservatives. We use meat from natural diets, often from pasture or even wild (as in the case of deer and roe deer) and we process them according to tradition.
