This time too we went looking for absolutely high quality meat. This ragù is perfect for seasoning pappardelle, tagliatelle or egg pasta in general.    All ragù are handcrafted and totally free of preservatives. We use meat from natural diets, often from pasture or even wild (as in the case of deer and roe deer) and we process them according to tradition.
