Pink peppercorns 125g

Pink pepper is not a real pepper such as black, white or green pepper. Pink peppercorns are berries of the Peruvian (Brazilian) pepper tree. This tree is a member of the sumac and cashew families. The aroma of the pink peppercorn is similar to the black peppercorn, but with a fruity aftertaste and is not as strong and spicy as the "real" peppercorns. Pink pepper gives cheese, poultry, and fish a unique taste. Because of its citrus aroma, pink pepper can be used in desserts, fruit salads, and ice cream.
