Cloves, whole 250g

Cloves have a fruity, pungent flavor with a warm aroma and undertones of camphor and pepper. Clove can be used in cooking, either whole or ground, and typically flavors a variety of foods, from sweet to savory. This spice is very suitable for desserts and hot drinks, but it can also be combined very well with fish, meat, minced meat, broths and sauces. Ideally, use clove sticks for stews and their caps for pies. Cloves can be used to add aromatic and flavor properties to hot beverages, especially red wine.
