Ideal for ciabatta, pesto, salads and pasta! Italian flair for your bread! The classic Italian starter is easy to prepare: Cut a handful of tomatoes into cubes, chop a clove of garlic and an onion, let 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture swell in water and stir with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and let it steep. Baguette or ciabatta for approx. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 5-8 minutes. Serve the bruschetta on the crispy bread. Very tasty as a light snack between meals or as a side dish for barbecue.
