Our Curry Royal Madras is wonderfully spicy and full of flavour - the masterful blend based on the original South Indian recipe of coriander, fenugreek, cumin, paprika, fennel, ginger, pepper, chilli, mustard seeds, allspice, garlic and cardamom gives your dishes an exotic spiciness from the Far East. The finely ground turmeric gives the curry its typical golden yellow color and adds a warm tone to your dishes. Curry Royal Madras tastes particularly delicious in chicken curry refined with coconut milk and served with rice, as a sauce for white fish or seafood, to refine lentil and pumpkin soups or mixed into mayo or ketchup as a fruity, spicy dip for your grilled food.
